Today I got thinking about all the women I know who go the extra mile to bring in extra income for their family. They choose what they love, and turn it into extra for the family. Love kids=run a dayhome or babysit part time, love to create = homemade art, crafting and adding beauty into the lives of others, love to capture perfect memories and create lifelong art = photography, love beauty = jewellry, makeup, and on and on...you find your passion and you share with others. It becomes a beautiful tapestry of people sharing in the lives of others, a community of supporting each other in our endeavors.

But does the passion fizzel out? When you become successful does it change?  Did the passion turn into you doing for others and not yourself? Now you feel like you are raising someone elses children, running out of time for your own, or giving up your weekends events to record someone elses? Are you so popular that you can't create your unique pieces fast enough to make it as profitable as you want and you are running out of time to make your business continue to grow?  Or you love your little home business, but can't keep up to the sales you want? What is your struggle? Is it in finding balance? Are you losing passion? Love what you do but still looking for more or feel like you have more purpose? Is it OK to want more? Is it OK to try something outside your comfort zone?

I've been an Independent Distributor with It Works! for almost 3 years. It has blessed me with the gifts of inviting new people, adventures and lessons into my life, and finding myself amongst this community of givers of has given me fulfillment I didn't know was possible from diving into a home-based business opportunity.  It always feels good to give to others, and to find fulfillment by giving back to yourself. I get to share how It Works! has given back to me, to my family, and to the people around me. And I do see others start asking themselves those questions. And is it OK to rethink where you are at?

Its OK to look for something more, to be ready for the next step, to look for ways to help your family reach its goals, or achieve its dreams. You are not defined by where you are at, you do not have to be afraid to grow. It's ok to Dream.
